The agreement between you and CSRP when you use our website, Discord server, bot or ER:LC server.

These terms apply to California State Roleplay ("CSRP", "we", "us"): this website, our Discord server, our Discord bot and our private ER:LC server. By using any of them, you agree to these terms, our rules and our Privacy Policy.
CSRP is a community project run by volunteers. It is not a company and is not affiliated with Roblox, Police Roleplay Community or Discord.
You must be at least 13 years old and allowed to use Roblox and Discord under their own terms. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to follow our rules on the Rules page, in-game, in voice and on Discord. In particular, you must not:
Our staff can warn, mute, kick, suspend or ban you from any of our services when you break these terms or our rules. We keep records of these actions so decisions are consistent and can be reviewed.
A ban can apply to all CSRP services at once (a global ban). To enforce bans and stop ban evasion, we may use identifiers such as your Discord ID, Roblox ID and IP address, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
If you think a decision is wrong, you can appeal through a ticket in our Discord server. Staff decisions made after an appeal are final.
Staff can log in to parts of this website with their Discord account. Access depends on your current roles in our Discord server and ends when those roles are removed.
Information in the staff area is confidential. Do not share screenshots, records or personal information from it outside the staff team.
The CSRP name, banners and website design belong to CSRP. You may not copy them to present another server as ours. Roblox, ER:LC and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.
Things you post in our community, such as messages, suggestions and screenshots, stay yours, but you allow us to show and use them within our community.
We offer our services as they are and without any guarantee. Sessions, the website and the bot can be unavailable, changed or stopped at any time. Live server information comes from the ER:LC API and may be delayed or incorrect.
To the extent allowed by law, CSRP and its staff are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from using our services, from actions of other players, or from services we do not control, such as Roblox and Discord. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and important changes will be announced in our Discord server. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new terms.
